i am in love with photography....that's the only way i can describe it.... there's nothing quite like finding a perfect image, beautifully composed & with that undefineable 'something' that means you can't stop looking at it.... this is what i aim for.... but it's elusive, and sometimes only other people can see it.... i keep looking & shooting, because in the words of the great Henri Cartier-Bresson....

"Your first 10,000 photographs are your worst"

i love to photograph the urban environment... i'm interested in the way we leave our mark on the city.... i like decay, graffiti, street furniture & photograph everything from peeling paint to manhole covers [usually much to the embarrassment of whoever i'm with at the time....] so if you see a girl taking a photo of a no parking sign [my favourite] or standing at a bus stop and photographing the floor, then it's probably me....
